I believe that healing occurs through relationships, with ourselves and with others. Our society operates in a framework of white supremacy that often leaves us isolated and pathologizes our ways of being in the world. While our differences can be sources of distress they can also be sources of joy, belonging, and celebration. My goal is to co-create a space to explore pathways to regulation, coping, adaptation, and healing where you feel seen, heard, challenged, and accepted.
