Services and Fees

I work with individuals 15 and over who are looking to gain skills and insight to address challenges that are showing up in their lives, improve their quality of life, and deepen their understanding of self. I work with individuals of all identities and and can support you with the following:

• Identity Exploration 

• Anxiety 

• Depression

• Life transitions

• LGBTQIA+ sexuality and gender identity (self and others)

• Gender affirming care

• Navigating ablism, neurodivergence, and living with chronic illness 

• Healing from trauma and fostering resilience 

• Developing healthy relationship (mixed family structure, poly, kink, Consentual Non Monogomy, and relationship anarchy affirming)

• Multi Cultural Issues

• Parenting challenges related to processing identities that children hold 

 

I am an out of network provider and do not currently take insurance at this time. At your request I can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out of network coverage. I encourage you to call your insurance carrier to verify out of network coverage.

*I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available to people holding marginalized identities and those in financial need. If you think this would apply to you, let me know and we can discuss if my fees would be a fit for you.
